We are based in Israel, but our services are accessible worldwide, including the European Union, United Kingdom and the United States.

• EEA/UK: no non-essential cookies (analytics, ads) until consent via our cookie banner (IAB TCF v2.2 + Google Consent Mode v2).

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal data.

We may share with:

• Processors (CRM, email, analytics) under DPAs, only per our instructions.
• Ad platforms (Google, Meta) for campaigns.
• Authorities, if required by law.

• “Sale” includes transfers for cross-context ads.
• If we collect Sensitive PI, we also provide a “Limit the Use of My Sensitive PI” link.
• No discrimination for exercising your rights.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed or required by law. Typical:

• Leads/forms → 24 months from last interaction.
• Client records/contracts → term + 7 years.
• Marketing lists → until opt-out or 24 months inactive.
• Logs → 90 days (unless incident).
• GA4 → 14 months.

Security & Breach Notification

We apply technical and organizational measures per Israel’s Data Security Regulations (2017).

If a severe breach occurs, we will notify the Israeli PPA and, where required, users and other regulators.

Your Rights

Depending on jurisdiction, you may:

• Access, rectify, erase, restrict or object.
• Data portability.
• Opt-out of marketing.

All messages include “advertisement” (if applicable), sender info, and an opt-out link.

Children’s Privacy

Not directed at children.

• EEA/UK: under 16.
• US (COPPA): under 13.

International Transfers

Not directed at children.

• To Israel: allowed (EU adequacy).
• To US providers: we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) where applicable; otherwise Standard Contractual Clauses + safeguards.

These Terms are governed by laws of Israel. Courts of Tel Aviv, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction (unless mandatory consumer laws apply otherwise).
