Overview:

Brightr is a SaaS platform that turns consulting wins into interactive sales stories. What began as a single-screen brief grew into an embedded, full-cycle partnership: over 18 months we took ownership of the brand, marketing site, UX/UI, front- and back-end, AI integrations, and a one-link case import that helps teams close faster. Today we scale Brightr’s product and go-to-market as one team.

SOLUTION:

From day one we built a coherent system, not a loose set of mock‑ups. We crafted the logo, palette, and component library so one visual language works equally well on the landing page, inside the SaaS platform, and in investor decks. In parallel we kept upgrading the product: added an AI builder that pulls KPIs and quotes from source documents, a “paste a link → get a ready‑made case” import, client‑branded custom themes, and an SEO structure where every case story is indexed on its own.

Marketing enjoys the same consistency: email blasts, social graphics, and partner landing pages all assemble from the same tokens, so the brand speaks with one voice at every touchpoint. We ship releases weekly—design tweaks, code, and automated tests flow through a shared CI pipeline with zero downtime. The result: a consultant fills out a form, hits *Publish*, and within minutes a polished page is already working on the next deal, while Brightr relies on one cross‑functional team for the entire journey from idea to production.
